Answering Service

Our on call team answers 24/7.  However, they cannot provide refills after business hours. The quickest and most effective way to get your medication orders refilled is by requesting that your pharmacy fax a refill order to (301) 685.0277.

If you have an urgent question or have an unexpected reaction to medication our call team will access one of our psychiatrists. In true emergencies, please don’t wait to talk to anyone over the telephone. Call 911 or proceed to the nearest hospital to be assisted with your emergency.

To ensure that we have tools to assist our clients when their safety or the safety of others is a concern, we provide psychiatric care in four psychiatric inpatient units: Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, Holy Cross Germantown Hospital in Germantown, Medstar Southern Maryland Hospital Center in Clinton, and MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital in Leonardtown.
